Job Description

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Roster Business Partner to join our Workforce Management Division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and house teams to design effective rosters in a complex, regulated environment.

  • Support operational teams in creating NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters across multiple Scope houses.
  • Draft and maintain efficient, accurate rosters informed by input from Operations staff, Acquisition and Retention teams, and Operations Management.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to the Team Leader and Senior Manager – Roster Development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster positive working relationships across all teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Identify and assess issues, interpret information effectively, and take appropriate actions to ensure rosters meet operational, regulatory, and client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience working within Community and/or Not-for-Profit organisations, with specific knowledge of SIL and STAA services under the NDIS. They must be able to ensure systems, governance, structures, and processes are in place to deliver safe, high-quality support.

  • Proven capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with managers and staff at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to respond to changing priorities and organisational needs.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children Check requirements.
