We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our dynamic Administration team.
This role involves a mix of front-of-house duties, administrative support, and facilities coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and signing in all visitors and contractors, maintaining a clean and organised reception area, managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries, coordinating meeting room bookings and setups, monitoring and replenishing office supplies, liaising with building management and contractors, and providing general administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and sign in all visitors and contractors
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setups
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Liaise with building management and contractors
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events and functions
- Assist with travel bookings and expense reports
- Respond to general enquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond or redirect messages
- Participate in workplace health and safety initiatives
- Collaborate regularly with the Administration team and wider organisation
Requirements:
- Highly organised and proactive individual with excellent time management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- IT/tech savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
