About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Medowie. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in developing our children's lifelong love of learning and creating a nurturing environment that supports their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team of educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF, promoting child-led discovery and exploration.
  • Develop long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the centre's efforts to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards, ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
About You
  • You hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check.
  • You are passionate about developing our little learners and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
