About the Role

The purpose of this position is to promote and deliver the services of The BUSY Group's Australian Apprenticeship Support Services; by generating Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders; fostering these relationships to ensure sustainable performance outcomes.
  • Undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required; and participate as a member of an extended service team.
  • Work from home, contract role, serving the Newcastle/Hunter Region.

Requirements
  • Prior experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services or other related vocational education and training (VET) organisation will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a client base through business development and account management to meet and conform to Key Performance Indicators
  • Have a passion for developing sustainable working relationships
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
