Project Scheduling Expert
">We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Scheduling Expert. This strategic role involves leading the development and implementation of scheduling standards across multiple technology projects and programs.
">- Developing and maintaining scheduling processes, tools, and templates
- Supporting integrated master schedule development and reporting across projects
- Identifying and managing cross-program dependencies and risks
- Leading forums to enhance visibility and coordination across the portfolio
- Monitoring schedule governance, conducting health checks, and ensuring compliance with Digital Delivery standards
- Contributing to performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with a strong background in project scheduling and portfolio management. You will work closely with project and program managers and key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of scheduling principles and deliver insights through performance dashboards and health metrics.
">About You:
">You are a highly analytical individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
">- Experience in a PMO or similar function within a large organisation
- Proficiency in Project Online and Power BI for schedule reporting
- Strong understanding of methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, and PMBoK
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex schedules, track critical paths, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Diploma in Program Management, IT, or equivalent experience
