Seeking an experienced accounts receivable professional to manage the hotel's accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and daily revenue reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate timely invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit daily income reports
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate and timely billing
- Ensure adherence to established accounting policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience as an accounts receivable specialist, preferably in the hotel industry
- Proficiency in Marriott property management systems preferred
- Familiarity with M3 Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel billing processes and procedures
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
