We are seeking a Land Project Manager responsible for managing all aspects of land development projects to meet quality, timing, and budget specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budget, schedule, cash flow, and development trades in line with division goals.
  • Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
  • Oversee trade bidding and contracting efforts.
  • Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for accuracy and coordination. Ensure utility availability and assess costs involved.
  • Manage field efforts related to stormwater and air pollution compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.

Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License required for essential driving duties.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years related functional experience.
