About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Consultant at BizCover Pty.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through various channels to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and attentive listening.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Assist customers with policy amendments, renewals, and claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with the most relevant and valuable information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policies is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
