Job Title: Logistics And Facilities Team Leader

This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations and lead a team in a supermarket carpark and back-dock warehouse environment.

  • You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the supermarket carpark and back-dock warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity are maintained at all times.
  • Closely collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and improve overall performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work flexible hours, and have a strong understanding of logistics and facilities management principles.

This role involves working across multiple locations, including Sydney suburbs such as Rosehill, Richmond, Emu Plains, Mt Druitt, Newington, Cameron Park, Marrickville, Lakemba, Leppington, Wolli Creek, Mortdale, Punchbowl, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of employees in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control and inventory management
