Therapist - Paediatric Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia.
As a valued member of our Therapy Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of clients, including infants at risk of cerebral palsy. You will be responsible for providing world-class speech pathology services, including early access to vital services and bridging the gap between health services and the NDIS.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also receive training and accreditation to deliver VitalStim dysphagia management intervention. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and contribute to our mission-based organization's research initiatives.

About the Role:
- 25% off-site (community/home) and 75% on-site work
- Mixed caseload with a strong focus on paediatrics
- Opportunity to mentor and supervise new graduates and students
- Collaboration with research institutes and influencing evidence-based practices
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately $95,000 per annum, based on experience

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Evidence of current SPA registration or a willingness to attain it
