Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and services to our clients across the Mid-North Coast region.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced OT to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting thorough functional assessments, developing personalized plans, and providing therapy and assistive technology recommendations to empower our clients to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand their needs and goals.
- Conduct home and community visits to assess and deliver occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement client plans, ensuring effective monitoring and reviews.
- Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Coach and advise team members and carers on best practices.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in applying evidence-based practice frameworks to assess, plan, and deliver clinical supports.
- Effective time management skills to meet client goals and performance expectations.
- Current driver's license (Tools of trade cars provided).
- Salary: $103k + Super + Salary Packaging + meals & entertainment card (Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)
- Work from Home + tools of trade car provided.
