About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in Port Macquarie. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to a diverse caseload of clients, including infants at risk of cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a mixed caseload with a strong focus on paediatrics
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and community engagement
  • Mentor and supervise new graduates and students, if desired
  • Contribute to research initiatives and influence evidence-based practices

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Extensive professional development opportunities, up to $20,000 per year
  • Flexible working hours, compressed hours, and part-time/full-time options
  • Detailed clinical supervision and close collaboration with our Clinical Governance team
  • A relocation allowance of $5,000 for candidates moving for this role

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Evidence of current SPA registration or willingness to attain it
  • A current driver's license
