Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a world-leading provider of disability services, and we're committed to making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities. As a Speech Pathologist, you'll be an integral part of our team, working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists who are experts in their respective fields.
The role will involve supporting a diverse caseload of clients, including infants at risk of cerebral palsy, enabling early access to vital services to bridge the gap between health services and the NDIS. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, allowing you to make informed decisions that shape the care provided.
As a valued member of our Therapy Services team, you'll have access to extensive professional development opportunities, equating up to $20,000 a year. You'll also have the chance to explore various areas of speciality, including Research, Early Diagnostic Clinic, Innovations, Clinical Governance, and Management opportunities.
We're looking for a highly skilled Speech Pathologist with relevant qualifications and experience. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a commitment to continuous learning, we want to hear from you
In this role, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of approximately $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
- An opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Extensive professional development and clinical support to enhance your career growth.
- A mixed caseload with a strong focus on paediatrics.
- The possibility of collaborating with research institutes and influencing evidence-based practices.
Cerebral Palsy Alliance offers a range of benefits, including flexibility in working hours, compressed hours, and the option for both part-time and full-time positions. We also offer relocation assistance and a generous leave package, including 12 weeks of paid parental leave and 2 weeks of paid partner leave.
