Become a Facilities Operations Supervisor with BGIS
We are seeking a committed Facilities Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. This role is a permanent, full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Primary Duties:
Oversee the tracking system for all Preventative and Reactive maintenance requests for the facility. Allocate and manage work orders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance indicators. Quickly resolve reported issues and coordinate effective solutions. Supervise maintenance and support personnel for the project. Perform regular assessments of services, equipment, and facilities to guarantee optimal upkeep.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a comparable position within property or facilities management. Relevant formal qualifications in building or facilities management. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are necessary. Capacity to adapt to changing environments and embrace innovative strategies. Competence in using software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Work Order Management Systems.Our Workplace Culture:
