About The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Works Supervisor to ensure exceptional service delivery for a large-scale social housing project by effectively coordinating, managing, and monitoring subcontractor performance in facility management service execution. This position is essential for ensuring the safe, timely, and client-satisfactory completion of all required tasks, adhering to both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality benchmarks. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee professional service delivery that meets client expectations.
- Provide updates on work progress and start dates to clients and service teams.
- Oversee the management of works from planning through to completion.
- Evaluate work status and track project spending against budgetary constraints.
- Ensure safe, successful, and profitable project outcomes.
- Assess occupational health and safety resources and requirements prior to project initiation.
- Communicate work specifications, plans, and timelines to team members.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of site-related issues and promote a culture of safety and compliance.

About You
To excel in this role, you should possess experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or a related field) in a supervisory, managerial, or planning/scheduling capacity. A proactive attitude, natural aptitude for engaging with people, and a commitment to outstanding service delivery are essential.
Additionally, you should demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Trade qualifications are desirable and/or FM experience.
- Proven knowledge of building and construction is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
