As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our village facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment. You will lead a team of facilities attendants, scheduling and allocating work, and supervising their daily activities.
Requirements- Minimum of two years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry, along with a minimum of six months supervisory experience
- Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in Facilities Operations, including ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, blowers, and chain saws
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proof of working rights within Australia
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- LF Forklift Licence
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
