We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Mid-Market segment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve defined sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Respond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes, proposals, and tenders
- Own the customer experience and journey, from solution and proposal to contract sign-off
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid sales background with at least 2+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to corporate, government, NFP, retail, and other sectors. You will also need to be a self-motivated, resilient individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
