Key Role in Implementation Process

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team, focusing on the successful implementation of LEAP.

To excel in this role, you will:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of LEAP.
  • Understand client accounting process requirements and assist in translating them into functional specifications.
  • Perform installations, configuration, training, data transition review, and general support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training delivery processes.

Requirements include experience in a law firm or legal accounting environment, proven problem-solving skills, competence in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and web presentation tools, and experience using LEAP (v10 or cloud).
