As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients across the full project lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication and delivery skills as you will work closely with other members of the team to coordinate data migration, system configuration, product training, and go-live activities—ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

">Key Responsibilities">

  • Project Delivery Leadership: Lead the implementation of our SaaS platform, from data migration and system configuration to stakeholder training and go-live cutover.">
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.">
  • Project Planning & Governance: Create and maintain essential project documentation — including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.">
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party partners. Guide solution design and manage any required customisation to meet client needs.">
  • Team & Milestone Alignment: Keep all team members aligned on milestones, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.">

  • Supporting the pre-sales process by contributing to tender responses and engaging with prospective clients during discovery sessions.">
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and progress reports.">
  • Developing and maintaining key implementation artefacts, including project plans, risk registers, and more.">
  • Coordinating multiple project teams to optimise meeting schedules, events, and timelines.">
