Job DescriptionThe Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing a cutting-edge Portfolio Management System. This system will be responsible for overseeing investment portfolios and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the changes.

Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the new system, collaborating with a Senior Change Manager to ensure project success, and fostering a smooth transition process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of dedicated Change Management experience, preferably in investment management or financial services.
  • A strong understanding of the investment lifecycle, encompassing Front Office: Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management, Middle Office: Risk Management, Compliance, Performance Attribution, and Back Office: Trade Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reporting.
  • Experience in platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, or similar is highly advantageous.
