Job Opportunity: IT Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Specialist to join our team. As an IT Process Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework.

This includes incident / problem / change / release / configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and promote ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework
  • Analyse ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements
  • Provide high-level technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure and provide standardisation, professional advice and support
  • Maintain relevant registers and develop reports for management
  • Work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in network firewalls, network security, network management, load balancing and clustering, NAT, external access, site to site and dynamic VPN's, Citrix, VDI, forward and reverse proxy configuration and implementations, 2 factor authentication mechanisms, SMS, tokens, certificates and PKI
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Active Directory, managing internal and external DNS
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
