We are seeking an experienced Strategy/Operations professional to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. As our first hire in this region, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and operational excellence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage key supplier partnerships, and ensure the success of regional expansion efforts. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to align our regional operations with our broader business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement our regional launch playbook to bring Nash to new regions and customers.

  • Identify and assess new opportunities, including geographic expansions and vertical-specific strategies.

  • Analyze regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform our business strategy.

**Carrier and Provider Partnerships:**

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our local network of delivery providers and carriers.

  • Collaborate with our global supply team to define regional processes and prioritize product/engineering efforts.

  • Monitor and optimize carrier performance, including service quality and compliance.

  • Identify and onboard new partners to support growth and enable new delivery types.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for strategic and operational challenges in the region.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, such as launching new products, implementing process improvements, or addressing operational bottlenecks.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or related roles in a SaaS or logistics environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), analytics (e.g.Tableau/Mode), and diagnostic tools (e.g. Datadog)

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
