Women and Girls Coordinator

Tennis Australia is seeking a dedicated professional to drive gender equality and inclusion in tennis. As the Women and Girls Coordinator - TAS, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing programs to increase participation and opportunities for women and girls in tennis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Member Association leadership to integrate the national Women and Girls strategy into their local plans
- Designing and delivering initiatives to boost women's and girls' involvement in tennis
- Providing expert guidance on Women and Girls matters to Member Association staff
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Women and Girls programs and initiatives
- Identifying and securing funding opportunities to support Women and Girls initiatives
This is a part-time, fixed-term position until September 2025, requiring 3 days of work per week.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to sports and inclusion, with a focus on gender equality
- Experience in delivering professional development programs
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business management, education, or sports science
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check
