We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Women and Girls Development Coordinator. This is a part-time fixed-term contract until September 2025.
As the Women and Girls Development Coordinator, you will work closely with our staff and key stakeholders to deliver tailored programs and initiatives aimed at achieving gender equality in tennis. You will be the subject matter expert on Women and Girls for other business units and coordinate relevant projects to increase and enhance the participation of women and girls in tennis.
This role will involve monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on Women and Girls programs and initiatives. You will also be responsible for identifying and applying for government and local grants to support our initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong commitment to sports and inclusion, with a focus on fostering gender equality for women and girls in tennis. You will have experience delivering professional development programs and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, plan work programs, and meet deadlines efficiently.
You will also have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. A tertiary qualification in business management, education, sports science, or a related field is desirable. You will also need to hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
