Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate events, meetings, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and high attendance.
  2. Assist with scheduling, room booking, and material preparation for team meetings.
  3. Update employee databases, organisational charts, and maintain registers with accuracy.
  4. Develop written communication through document preparation, showcasing excellent writing skills.
  5. Proactively develop customer relationships, both internal and external, to drive business growth.
  6. Provide general administrative support across the support services teams.
Requirements
  1. Proficient IT skills in MS Office, Visio, and other relevant software.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Display a positive approach to safety and a proactive attitude to show initiative.
  4. Effective level of personal resilience and persistence to manage multiple stakeholders.
