About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned engagement professional to spearhead our client success initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that drive business growth and foster lasting relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and technical expertise. You will work closely with our account managers to develop and execute customized engagement strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk up on content - Develop engaging newsletters, webinars, and other communication channels that keep our clients informed and connected.
  • Orchestrate events that wow - Plan and execute memorable events, product launches, and VIP experiences that leave a lasting impression on our clients.
  • Be the data champion - Track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform our engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in client engagement, marketing, or sales (MSP/IT sector experience a plus)
  • A storyteller's pen and a strategist's brain - You can craft compelling narratives, think creatively, and read the numbers.
  • CRM/marketing-automation chops (HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar) - You can navigate complex systems and leverage technology to drive results.
  • Natural influencer - Comfortable leading cross-functional projects without direct authority.
