Job Title: Unified Communications Presales Architect

  • Develop and implement tailored unified communications solutions in collaboration with customer account teams and sales specialists.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, translating business needs into solution architectures that meet client requirements.
  • Articulate complex solution designs to clients with clarity and confidence, engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior and C-suite executives.
  • Partner with architects to build multi-technology solutions, driving profitability and repeatability across the portfolio.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute thought leadership across the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong ownership mindset with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Proven experience in technical presales and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco UC technologies including Webex, UCCX, and Dedicated Instance.
  • Expertise in Microsoft collaboration tools including Teams Voice and Video.
  • Experience designing video conferencing solutions using Cisco, Poly, and Logitech technologies.
  • Familiarity with Digital Workspace and As-a-Service offerings.
  • Ability to integrate Cisco and Microsoft platforms seamlessly.
  • Strong vendor relationship management and collaboration skills.
