The Product Specialist will support the Account Executives with product expertise and setup during the pre-sales process.

What You'll Do: Guide clients through trials, ensuring a smooth and effective experience.

Collaborate with sales teams to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Act as an AI expert, providing tailored solutions and advice.

Work closely with technical teams to resolve customer issues.

Design custom workflows to enhance user experience.

Who You Are: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or analytical field (2:1 or GPA 3.5+)Previous experience in a presales or solution consultant position
