We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Family Support Program. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-performing team and embed trauma-informed practices across service delivery. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with government, NGOs and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with practice frameworks and legislative requirements, analysing program data and evaluating outcomes, and advocating for systemic change and sustainable support solutions.
