Residential Care Specialist

You will be working as a residential care specialist to provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting. Your tasks will include personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
Work Schedule InformationWe operate on a fortnightly schedule, with work weeks running from Thursday to Wednesday. You will be required to adhere to the provided roster details.

- Week 1:
- Thursday: 6:30am - 9:00am (2.5 hours), Friday: 2:45pm - 8:15pm (5.5 hours), Monday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (7 hours) & sleepover, Tuesday: 6:30am - 9:00am (2.5 hours), Wednesday: 2:45pm - 8:15pm (5.5 hours)
- Week 2:
- Friday: 2:45pm - 6:06pm (3.75 hours), Saturday: 3:45pm - 10:00pm (6.25 hours) & sleepover, Sunday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours), Monday: 2:45pm - 6:30pm (3.75 hours), Wednesday: 6:30am - 9:00am (2.5 hours)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication abilities
- A positive attitude and ability to enhance our workplace culture
- A valid Victorian Driver’s License
- A qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desired)
