Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of property development projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience in managing large-scale projects. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage complex projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. They will also be able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in property development or construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Australia, as well as ability to use project management software efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, communicating regularly with team members on project progress.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements
  • Reside in or relocate to Australia for the duration of the project.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
