Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional administrative support to senior leadership, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling for senior leaders
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support executive leadership in all recruitment initiatives
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of relevant administrative resources and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, monitor workloads, promote teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the organization
  • Analyze and interpret legislation, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to administrative operations
  • Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including budget administration and marketing promotions, and coordinate programs responsive to organizational needs and current trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
