">The Role
">This part-time position plays a vital role in our organisation's commitment to culturally safe employment practices. You will coach recruiters and people leaders, work with applicants and education partners to enable our Aboriginal Employment objectives.
">You will collaborate closely with our Talent team, Inclusion and Diversity Coach, and Aboriginal Engagement team to develop strong relationships in the local community and build clear employment and career pathways.

- You will bring your passion for creating meaningful relationships within the Aboriginal community and be driven to create employment opportunities.">
- Bringing your strong awareness and experience in Aboriginal culture, ideally within the local community, you'll understand how to embed First Nations values into our organisation's culture and have the ability to educate on Aboriginal culture, engaging and influencing stakeholders.">
- You'll have exceptional people skills, enabling you to flex between engaging applicants, supporting and educating people leaders and pulling together resources to plan events.">
