Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Publication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development and update of operations manuals and checklists.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and assigning critical and routine technical publication revision tasks for our customers. You will also communicate clear instructions for incorporation of technical publication tasks to ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will work closely with our coordinators and execution leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to achieve project revision deliveries.

The role will support our E-7 AEW&C Wedgetail programs, which provides a world-class airborne surveillance, communications, and battle management system.

This role is categorized as Group 2 under our COVID-19 Vaccination and Safety Controls Policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Liaise with customer defence force mission operators and engineering personnel.
  • Review and assign critical and routine technical publication revision tasks.
  • Communicate clear instructions for incorporation of technical publication tasks.
  • Work closely with coordinators and execution leads.
