We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Administrator to join our team at Mazars. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs Secretarial team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Corporate Affairs Manager and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations and trust establishments.
- Prepare client documents, letters, and respond to requests.
- Assist with corporate secretarial duties with ASIC, annual reviews, ASIC forms, lodgements, etc.
- Maintain ASIC debtors.
- Communicate with ASIC in relation to basic client matters.
- Coordinate the out-for-signature and lodgement process.
- Maintain paper and electronic corporate and trust filing systems.
- Provide support to reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests, and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Perform other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm.
- Administrative experience within a professional services firm (preferably in the public practice environment) is essential.
- Preferable ASIC experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize tasks.
- Multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
