Job Title: Senior Manager Corporate Affairs, Community and Stakeholder Engagement
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Affairs, Community and Stakeholder Engagement function. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, media, industry partners, and community organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual plans for each area within the function, including marketing and strategic communication, media and public relations, government relations, ministerial and executive correspondence, community and stakeholder engagement, community education, history, heritage, and community partnerships.
• Provide best-practice advice and guidance to staff on contemporary practices and strategies for long-term success.
• Oversee the development and execution of corporate communications, public relations, crisis management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience across the full suite of corporate affairs, marketing and stakeholder engagement services, ideally with experience in the infrastructure sector. A bachelor's degree in business, communication, and public relations, complemented by professional development courses such as International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), is highly desirable.

Deliverables:
Over the next two months, the contractor will deliver:
• Finalised plans for each team within the Brand, Reputation and Corporate Affairs function.
• A new and effective plan to manage ministerial and executive correspondence for the whole business.
