Your Opportunity

We are seeking an HSE Administrator to become an integral part of our site team for a major gold expansion initiative.

Roster: 2:1

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain HSE files and folder structures, ensuring meticulous record management while eliminating or archiving duplicate or outdated files.
  • Follow up on any missing documentation, such as meeting minutes, attendance logs, and crane lift studies.
  • Compile and prepare information for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Organize HSE meeting agendas, document minutes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the setup and management of incident investigations.
  • Input data into various databases and programs.
  • Draft Site Notices based on key points provided.
  • Oversee and manage team PPE inventory and maintain the safety equipment register, ensuring all equipment is signed out, in good condition, and calibrated.
  • Generate KPI participation reports.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a comparable position.
  • Proficiency in modern IT applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
