Cgcrecruitment is seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team in the heavy engineering and construction services sector. As a leading provider to the energy, resources, infrastructure, marine, and defence sectors, we require an individual with expertise in maintaining safety, education, and awareness levels to support effective Safety management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance safety performance statistics to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and coordinate safety training needs for site personnel, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Report all safety non-compliance to the Site Operations Manager, ensuring prompt action is taken to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a HSE Advisor position, with a proven track record of success in safety management.
- Rio Tinto Inducted, with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety protocols.
- Previous experience working in the construction, mining, and resource industries on large-scale projects, with a focus on risk management.
- Cert IV OH&S, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO roster, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
