About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our Port & East Pilbara team, supporting shutdowns across our North West, WA operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert HSE advice and ensuring compliance with company and client OHS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with supervision and work crews to develop and implement HSE training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, near misses, and compliance data.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certification IV in OHS or higher.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
