Programmatic Partnerships Manager, App

Cash App is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Partnerships Manager to lead and grow programmatic relationships with key merchants, ad agencies, and holding companies. As a key member of our Ad Operations and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our ad tech partners, driving agency and advertiser relationships, and developing media and campaign strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow relationships with ad tech partners, including DSPs and their sales teams, and programmatic teams at agencies, holding companies, and clients in ANZ.
- Drive agency and advertiser relationships in partnership with our affiliate sales team to ensure we are maximizing our opportunity with each client.
- Develop media and campaign strategies, and advise on the structure of programmatic and/or digital media campaigns across various digital channels to meet or exceed client KPIs.
- Lead recommendation of budget optimization across programmatic and digital media placements to deliver positive return on marketing spend.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new audience segments, ensuring documented results.
- Creatively problem-solve and drive cross-team collaboration and knowledge gathering to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Be part of the Ad Operations and Partnerships team and report to the Head of Programmatic Partnerships.
- Have a passion for programmatic, retail media, and navigating an increasingly complex advertising landscape.
- Support the creation of client business reviews, RFPs, and be the go-to person for all things programmatic for internal stakeholders and our external partners and clients in ANZ.
- Work with our business operations, finance, partnerships, and sales teams to surface new insights and opportunities for the business.
- Be comfortable going between being an independent business driver and supportive team player.
- 5+ years of partnerships or sales experience within a buy-side ad tech company, working directly with brands and ad agencies to drive monetization of programmatic solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the advertising agency landscape, Demand Side Platforms, and identity resolution tech.
- Experience with, and understanding of, the omnichannel advertising ecosystem and the ad tech landscape that helps to power it.
- Hands-on keyboard executional experience in at least one DSP platform.
- Comprehensive in-platform knowledge of programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management, and in-dash optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of 3rd party tracking, serving, and attribution technologies.
