About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our IT & Security team at Zip Co. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing and consolidation of our tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Process Optimization: Conduct data analysis to identify procurement trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements, and present findings to the business.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Work closely with various vendors and stakeholders from across the business, at various levels, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Purchasing and Consolidation: Ensure that goods and services are acquired at the best possible prices and within established timelines, and assist with the day-to-day administration of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Procurement Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a procurement officer or related position, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets, and ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with all levels of Finance, P&C, and global subsidiaries, and a proven structured problem-solving approach.
