
Dedicated Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our NDIS team in Adelaide.
HCA is a registered NDIS provider, offering leading disability support services throughout Australia. Our goal is to provide the best quality support and care based on the participant's lifestyle, needs, and building capacity for all participants to achieve their goals & outcomes.
The successful candidate will assist with immediate supports to State managers and Customer Care Manager's needs, promoting the organization and attracting new referrers and customers. They will develop and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers, based on trust, shared experience, and customer outcomes.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all service delivery and compliance reporting requirements are met. The professional will work collaboratively with the State Team to ensure that services delivered are of a high quality, offer an excellent customer service and workforce experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote the organization and attract new referrers and customers
- Build the customer base and market share with sustainable new business
- Develop and cultivate existing and prospective customer relationships
- Assist with a caseload of customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain and manage funding budgets and supports
- Maintain communication with customers regarding funding and service delivery
- Current or willing to obtain National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain NDIS workers screening check
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administrative or a similar role
