
Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

You will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation. Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce.
- You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.
- You will present case information to various stakeholders and provide credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary level qualification and appropriate full registration as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA) or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
- Previous experience completing structured assessments is desired, or passion for supporting an injured person to identify their strengths, transferable skills, and potential to establish a new career direction
- Experience with complex case management and supporting clients to achieve their return to life or return to work outcomes, despite challenging circumstances
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential
