- Use specialist knowledge and skills to help individuals return to meaningful employment
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
This role requires:
- Specialist knowledge and skills in rehabilitation and case management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of empathy and understanding of the needs of injured workers
