About the Role

The Educational Innovation Leader is responsible for leading the development and implementation of our learning programs. This includes mentoring and supporting educators, assessing children's learning and development, setting goals and expectations for teaching practices, and contributing to overall quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Mentor and support educators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Assess children's learning and development in line with educational outcomes and set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration.
  • A thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
