Role Overview

The Educational Leadership role involves inspiring and guiding best-practice education. You'll influence and innovate our approach to early childhood education through approved learning frameworks.

As a leader, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education and foster a positive organisational culture that values leadership development and prioritises the educator's voice in decision-making.

Our team works collaboratively with other education professionals, children, and families to challenge, inspire, mentor, and lead the improvement of our educational programs and practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Curriculum in the centre.
  • Mentor and support Educators, including EdLeaders@Guardian meetings that provide a professional learning community across our network.
  • Assess children's learning and development in line with educational outcomes.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for teaching practices and contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you must hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA, and current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration.

Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
