**The service**:
Our client is regarded as one of the leading providers of early childhood education and care within the ACT region, where community integration and engagement is at the core of what they do. The mediu sized service are Reggio inspired and places high importance on the family and educator relationships

**The role**:
Working as an Educational leader you ou will work alongside the Assistant Director, and Centre Director to drive strong programs, exceeding practice and develop innovative learning opportunities for all children where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded with a generous remuneration package.

**You**:
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and will be able to demonstrate excellent written and communication skills as well as the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor of ECEC (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- WWVP card
- First aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications desired
- Full working rights in Australia
