As an Educational Leader, you will have the opportunity to influence and innovate our approach to early childhood education through our approved learning frameworks. You will be crucial to how we support Educators through ongoing professional learning and provide clear curriculum direction to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Develop your leadership skills and make an impact in early childhood education by creating engaging and nurturing early learning experiences for children. Work in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you lead programming and collaborate on resourcing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the curriculum, supporting our Educators in delivering exceptional learning programs.
  • Assess children's learning and development in line with educational outcomes.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA, and current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
