Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Academic Program Manager to join our team in Balwyn. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tuition services and ensuring student assessment experiences exceed expectations. You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to achieve this goal, utilising your expertise in the Western Australian maths and English curriculum across primary and secondary sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective tuition programs tailored to individual students' needs;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding educational services in a supportive environment;
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure seamless communication;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements and educational best practices;
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our centre's academic programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Teaching qualification and experience in primary and/or secondary teaching, with a focus on literacy, English, or maths;
  • Outstanding teaching skills and a passion for student success;
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult conversations with parents and staff;
  • Commercial acumen and altruistic values.
