Aged Care Resident Onboarding Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Aged Care Resident Onboarding Coordinator.

This vital role requires empathy, professionalism, and organisational skills to welcome residents and their families into a new community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the full onboarding experience for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition into our community.
  • Family Support: Respond to enquiries from families with empathy and professionalism, providing clear guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Prospect Assessment: Assess and qualify prospective residents, identifying their needs and preferences to ensure the best possible care and support.
  • Documentation Management: Manage all necessary documentation, including admissions, entry and discharge procedures, with precision and care.
  • Admissions and Tours: Oversee admissions, conduct facility tours, and support families with cost-related questions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Presents services with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch, using strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Administration Skills: Excellent IT knowledge and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
